Named after Michaels mother, Metita honours her profound influence on his upbringing and the menu you will experience. We hero Pacific ingredients, showcasing the exceptional flavours they bring to the table like our 12-hour slow cooked pork hock, fried and then served with sapa sui (vermicelli noodle dish).
